Daytime v. Latenight TV

In your opinion, which is more enjoyable trashy TV, daytime or latenight TV? During the day, you have soap operas, court shows (The People's Court, Judge Hatchett, etc.) and talk shows. At night, you have a lot of the dating shows, Real TV shows, Cops reruns and stuff like that. So which do you prefer watching and why? I'm a college student and I get to watch both so I have a pretty decent idea of what my pick is, but I'm just curious what the rest of you think.
