Losing Weight Fast

The Atkins is great for fast weight loss.

A couple years ago I came home from Florida after catching a very unflattering profile reflection of myself in a poolside bar mirror. At the time I was 6'3"/255 lbs. After one month I had lost 24 pounds.

I stayed on the diet for 3 months and met my goal of 220 lbs. But EFF it long term. I like my breads and potatoes too much and went off. that was 2 years ago. I since have just watched the sweets and am very comfortable at my present weight of 232.
