Fact or speculation? I know Euro is moving on in a few days. I also know Multi and Intertops will return to Party at some point. But I missed the announcement that Multi and Intertops would be off the X-net by next week.

Party has made no official statement yet, with regard to what will occur with multi and Inter players.
