Re: WSOP ME Report
Awesome report. I dunno if it's just me, but your chip count vs. average graphic isn't displaying on my PC.

Re: WSOP ME Report
[/ QUOTE ] Aha, I know who you are, good thing I didnt have any notes on you. You made a good run after coming to the table with a small stack. Where did you end up finishing? [/ QUOTE ] 209th. I couldn't lay down TT against a QQ pre-flop, even though I kind of wanted to. I posted a trip report too. I'd post a link if I was more technoligically adept. You can find it by clicking on my name though. |

Re: WSOP ME Report
[ QUOTE ]
During level two I watched the Matador and the 2 seat played a hand that was amazing. The 2 seat (about $8,000 to start the hand) had K K , the Matador (about $15,000 to start the hand) had A A , the board was T 7 5 2 2 , and the Matador won a $1,000 pot. Think about that one for a minute. I enjoyed that part quite a bit [/ QUOTE ] That made me a little sick. I lost 100% of my stack on KKvsAA. |

He said, "do we leave out chips on the table or do we take them with us?". [/ QUOTE ] Wow. "No sir, just go ahead and put them in your pocket. Don't mind that professional who suddenly has 500,000 after level 1." |

Re: WSOP ME Report
Thanks Mike, I enjoyed it, not dull at all.
Now if I wasn't a player myself, then yes I could see it being used as good quality put me to sleep material. Typo wise: You used player for playing or play, a few times, but other than that, it was pretty g00t! Well done sir! >TW< |

Re: WSOP ME Report
I like the trip report.
I’ve not played anything close to that size tourney, but one thing that struck me was that you say something like “I hadn’t played a hand in 4 hours” a few different times. Is that usual? Did the same thing happen the last couple years? Would you have played it the same in retrospect? That seems to very different than the style of top pros like Arieh, Raymer & Ivey, who I perceive to be much looser “like to see flops” – would you agree? --Greg |
