Do you think I should be concerned if I didn't get mine yet? I qualified on Stars over three weeks ago and still haven't heard from Harrahs. I have my hotel confirmation, but no assigment. I definitely do not want to be an alternate. I emailed Stars yesterday and still no response. -Dan

Trust me.....SOME of the internet noobs are good obviously.
but there are MANY MANY internet-players who are just weak-tight-passive or hyper-aggressive in the wrong spots, etc.

Even the mediocre internet players can accidentally win a seat to the WSOP.


I was extremely unimpressed with the quality of much of the competition on the PPM cruise.
90% of those players qualified on the internet (it said on the board the number of players who qualified on party and the number who bought in directly...it was about 90/10).

I overheard (or was forced into) dozens of conversations on how the 'deal is rigged' or 'it sets it for you to lose after you cash-out' etc.


just because you get lucky and qualify online doesn't mean you are necessarily good.

Not at all.. Harrah's is backloaded entering all the names, and I just got mine on Saturday, and I qualified about 8 weeks ago (early may)
