I played this so passive, its painful to look at.
How much should I be betting each street?
Villain is unknown.

I wouldn't say passive, really. Bet $1 on the flop. Bet pot on turn. Push the river.

By the time the 4 hits the flop, you should think about how you can stack your opponents by getting your stack to the middle the fastest.

Pot/pot/push IMO.
