Default JJ overpair heads up on monotone flop, facing check/call/push

No notes on villain, playing on ABS so he is probably pretty solid.

Effective stacks are $35.49.

Hero is MP with J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
One limper, hero raises to $2.5, all fold to BB who calls, limper folds.
Flop: 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
BB checks, Hero bets $5, villain calls $5.
Turn 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Villain pushes $28, Hero?

Does ABS mean Absolute? If so I probably fold.

I'd fold. A flush & straight are on board. A set is always possible.
You could even be up against QQ/KK/AA (though I seriously doubt it)

The only possible hand I can see push that you beat is an AK/AQ with the nut flush draw.

I'd say its a flush or QQ most of the time. If not that then its probly a set or something like A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]Tx. Thats probly the worst hand you would see.

Easy fold IMO. I've seen tons of folks smoothcall with QQ pf to really consider calling too many pushes on low boards with JJ.
