Re: 10/20 AA on the button after everyone and their mother limps in
hence, the post.
hey i'm kind of liking this limp behind idea but you have to know your blinds are capable of something or at least somewhat aggressive... didn't someone post a hand like this once when one of the blinds was a short stack? |

Just raise more hands to $150 and/or check more flops.

Re: 10/20 AA on the button after everyone and their mother limps in
once again, you have obviously never seen me play if you think a big raise preflop from me is predictable. just today i reraised preflop with KK and got paid off hard by AJ pushing on me on a rag board since i'd been reraising crap all day.
it still doesnt help the situation with this hand specifically other than meaning that people's preflop calls are more wrong given my hand range. |

Re: 10/20 AA on the button after everyone and their mother limps in
If that is the case then you are being results oriented on this particular hand. From your last post I'm assuming TT-QQ would play this hand the exact same way as a flopped set? Is that correct?

Re: 10/20 AA on the button after everyone and their mother limps in
I thought the "standard" (Daliman post 12-11-04) PFR formula was Limpers X 2 + 3BB = Raise amount.
In your case 4 limpers @ $20 = $80 X 2 = $160 + 3 BB @$20 = a raise of $220 to make it $240 to go. I might round off to $250. |
