You have shown zero strength, your hand is good here far too often to fold.

Rest of the hand looks alright, although I would frequently bet the turn and fold to a raise.

Middle pairs, Js, worse Qs and bluffs are all quite possible, methinks.

I'd think about this hand a little more. I actually insta-folded the river.

My guess is you're giving too much weight to 120 hands on PT.

120 hands in PT is plenty to get a general feel for a players style. What hands is a mouse calling a 8x BB raise OOP with? Then check/calling the flop bet with Q high after I full pot and there are players left to act and AND then 2/3 pot on river?
