How do I set one up?[img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

If the pic is already on a website, then right click it, then click properties. Highlight the location, and copy it. Now go into your profile and paste it into where it says URL to your avatar.

If the pic is on your commputer, you'll need to upload it on the web somewhere. You can get a free image hosting account at imageshack.us.
