This hand has been bugging me for a while, what would everyone else do here? Not much in the way of reads as was playing 3 tables, but BB was new to the table, MP1 showed fishy tendencies, and MP2 was a certified maniac

Unless I have reason to believe that one or more of these players does not raise preflop with JJ to AA, I'm figuring they're all probably on flush and gutshot straight draws and I'm betting the turn if it's not a club or a straight card.

Where are you? Almost certainly drawing to two outs or worse, that's where. Hero folds.

Fold. The lack of preflop action would suggest that someone has a set.

Fold. I have found that some of my biggest leaks came from cold calling 2+bets, assuming I am not holding an awsome hand. I hate to fold these, I really hate to fold these. I hate to lose money even more.

This is a very easy fold. You have a pair of tens vs 3 people who are telling you they LOVE their hand. Maniacs or nuts, this pot is all theirs. I wouldn't call with AA here - at least one of them has a set or straight. So where are you? In the muck.
