I would raise the flop and call a 3-bet hoping UTG will then lead the turn and i can raise it.

I assume UTG has pocket kings or queens, though he might have AKsuited or pocket jacks.

I would call the flop bet in the hopes of at least getting one more bet out of BB, and of getting UTG to think, at least for a bit, that I don't have pocket aces.

Then on the turn and river, I raise every bet that comes to me.

This is the correct answer. You will win a lot of money from your opponent by doing this. (At least if your opponent is me and I'm sitting there with pocket Ks. I know this because someone took this exact line on a 666 flop with me 2 nights ago at Absolute .5/1.)

I think DavidC's got it. 99-KK are most likely 3 betting the flop. Raise, call the three bet, and then raise the turn.

Wasn't me, then. My opponent had AKs.

Call. And, hope that BB calls or raises with his PP, weak Ace, or broadway cards. Pray that BB is not playing something like 76s!! Can you put villian on a range of hands here? AKs, AK, KK, QQ, or JJ?

If a broadway cards hits the board on the turn, raise any bets, and I probably cap (certainly if it is an Ace). If you think UTG would only cap flop with KK, QQ, JJ, and NOT AK, or AKs or less, then you might consider slowing down at river. He's probably on KK, QQ, or JJ and that K, Q, or J may have really helped them.

If a broadway card hits the river, I consider slowing down if I think that UTG wouldn't keep raising without a set of Qs, Ks, or Js.

Call the flop bet, raise/cap the turn, raise/call the river.

I'm changing my vote. Waiting to the river is pretty bad. Nit to the rescue.
