I think I call. There are 7 BB in the pot, so his hand only has to be good 14% of the time for a call to be correct. The limper could have any hand with a T in it, a club draw, he could have an Ace that he decided to peel on the flop and then caught a gutshot draw on the turn so decided to call one more. He hasn't raised you at any point in the hand, so it is less likely he has a Q or a K. I dunno I can think of a lot of hands I beat that might bet, so I call.

Maybe you should, but you want to be pretty sure of your read. How many hands is your read over? Whats his post flop agression levels? Have you seen him bluf at all? If you are damn sure he is passive, I would fold (or at least I think you should fold, I don't know if I could follow through).
