Shirley, they played down to 6. However, there was a consolation tournament for those players that had busted out earlier. The decision to give the consolation winner was agreed to by a group of players and the TD, Matt Savage. The winner of that tournament got the 7th seat with 10 BB's (160k). That player (John Juanda) finished 6th.

Thanks for the update Bart on the schedule, so it's going to be 4 full shows which works a lot better than mixing in a bunch of shows.

They do discuss various topics during slow spots of the show. You just need to listen more often to be aware of those. Jive Dadson was a long time poster of the thread, who sometimes didn't really care for various aspects of the show.
