This kind of wierded me out when I went to vegas a couple of years ago. I saw people ordering strawberry and orange juliuses at the mirage, mandalay bay, and the bellagio.

"Orange Julius" is a actually a chain of fast food restaurants that specializing in these sort of drinks and I always assumed that it was a trademark. I almost never see the stores anymore though (the one I used to go to was in a dying mall in Maine), and I certainly didn't see any in vegas. Has the name of the drink just slipped into common usage in vegas (like kleenex), was it never a trademark to begin with, or do all these vegas casinos have Orange Julius stands tucked away somewhere?
