Turkey Chili
Use either diced cooked turkey or browned ground turkey.
Put some olive oil in the bottom of your pot and put some diced onion, bell peppers, really whatever strikes your fancy and let that grill some. Add the turkey, some chicken stock, and crushed tomatoes. Spice to taste and simmer a bit. Whip up some foccacia and you have a great, quick and easy meal. (Foccacia is really easy to make). |
