Default hourly rate

what would a good player on .50/1.00 nl expect to make per hour playing 50 hands a hour averaged out over 50 hours . i dont understandexp( 2.55bb/100)i read on another post,be nice iam trying to learn .thanks

Simple answer: $20/100 hands, if you're good.
Realistic answer: $5-10/100 hands, if you've got some experience.
If you're new, -$10 to -$50/100 hands unless you play very tight.

You can do the math on these numbers to answer your question.

A word on notation:

2.5BB/100 means 2.5 Big Blinds per 100 hands. So at .5/1, the BB is $1.00, this means $2.50/100 hands.

You'll also see 2.5PTBB/100. PTBB is a 'Poker Tracker Big Bet', which is simply 2x a Big Blind(BB). People interchange the notation which makes it difficult.
