Default Recommend a laser rangefinder for me.

It's for golf, not hunting. I'm willing to spend about $200. I don't want one that needs a reflector on the flag, I want to be able to point it at anything. It has to have a 250 yard (or more) range. TIA.

just look for a bushnell on on ebay, could get it for less than 200 i imagine.

i had one when i played in high school, worked ok, but i imagine they have improved since then.

its kinda like playerview or PT, once you use it a few times, when you are w/o it doesnt feel quite right.

I need one of these too. I have been thinking of really trying to learn my wedge distances. Did you find the rangefinder worked ok at relatively short distances with no reflector thing, etc....?

it worked like a charm from 130 and in id say, and from there out it depended on if the flag was flapping or not, whether there are things near the green you can can a second distance from.

like i said, i am sure they are much better and smaller now. a fun toy to play with for sure.

if you think this is going to help your golf game, your money would be better spent on lessons.

you can probably get a plastic piece of crap nonelectronic thing for like $2 that will do you just as good i suppose.
you look through it and measure the stick against the markings inside that show distance.
