Default TPFAP: When the Blinds are Coming Up

A question regarding Tournament Poker For Advanced Players by David Sklansky , Part Two: Tournament Theory; When the Blinds are Coming Up (p.64)

If you are UTG, and are so short stacked that you have to play either this hand or the next hand.... wich hands should you play UTG (vs. a full table)?

According to Sklansky you move with something along the lines of;

[Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]]
[J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]]

Can someone extend this list for me?
Where do you draw the line?
