Sit her down at the Pai Gow table. You push a lot of the time in that game so she can burn some time and drink for free and not lose the farm. I'm not sure what her knowledge level of poker/gambling is, but it's an easy game to pick up and if she is unsure how to play a hand the dealers can tell her the optimal way to play each hand.

I send my wife and Her Sister on a cruise and I go to Vegas. You cannot enjoy a long session with a Wife in tow.
Since she is coming and has a friend along, I would negotiate upfront the times you are going to be playing and the girl times. Tell her if you have a firm window to play, you can enjoy the time with her.
Then late at night, Bonk her like crazy and hit the door while she is in the shower.

For some shopping that mere mortals can actually afford.....the new Premium Outlet Mall downtown has a pretty good line up of stores. If she appreciates a bargain at all....she might like that.

Also there is a shuttle that runs between the Mall and various downtown casinos I believe. Don't think it goes to the Strip....but not sure.

But the ladies might be able to occupy a fair part of the day downtown....shopping, shuttle over to the downtown casinos.....eat.....catch the Fremont Street Experience....then head back to the Strip.
