Why do people continue to mention movies like Run Lola Run and this one? Killing Zoe was pretty huge when it was out.

I don't know what you mean by huge. I was in college when it came out and I went to see it at the Angelika in NYC which shows mainly small, indy movies. I don't recall any large chain theatres playing it or any mainstream media hype.
