I usually get between 400 and 450 hands per hour 8-tabling full ring games. It really depends on how fast my opponents play and how many times I change tables due to the lack of VPIP'ers over 30.

Close to 500, unless I'm being half-assed about replacing broken games. These are 10-handed tables.

500 full ring hands. Usually lose a few here and there though, as it's a rare hour that I don't have to replace 1-3 tables.

Yeah my skills obviously suck. I can never seem to get much more than 400-425 in per hour. I'm thinking I waste too much time on waiting lists as I usually have at least 1 table that is always waiting for something. Looks like that is where I am losing the hands.
