Default KK in SB nearing the bubble in Stars $10+1R+1AO

180 players left. I have an above average stack.

Comments on my bet pre-flop and on the flop?

I did not have a specific read on Villain. After his raise on the flop I figured him for A8, AT, 88 or 66, maybe QJ. If you put him on one of those hands do you put him all in with the re-raise?

Play looks fine. You have to go with the overpair and you were ahead on the flop.

Villain was open ended (not gut shot).

I think your play post flop was fine. Preflop though, I don't like 3x raise from sb. KK wants action, but I wouldn't raise smaller then 4x after the limper.

I think 3xBB is fine, as long as it doesn't clue your opponent that you have a big pair.

Well surely you would raise larger with a more vulnerable hand like AK/AQ or a medium pair right? It does seem like a potential tell, but I don't think that is as important as the fact that you are giving a player who has you covered good odds on a call in position...

With KK, I want the limper to call, so I will give him good odds in position.
