Default AQo hand 30/60 Party

Party Poker 30/60 Hold'em

Hero is in LP with A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Preflop: MP limps, Hero raises, MP calls. HU to the flop.

Flop: 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
MP checks, Hero bets, MP check-raises, Hero calls.

Turn: 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
MP bets, Hero calls.

River: 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
MP bets, Hero calls.


Thoughts?

If you're going to call on the river, you really should be raising the turn. It folds better hands, and allows you to bet for value when you river an ace or a queen.

I think the only thing a turn raise does, is fold worse hands. His Ace has some show down value, and he can raise the river if he hits.
