Give up poker and switch to blackjack. You won't have any trouble hitting in that game.

On books, I recommend Heart of Darkness, a brilliant classic. Ragtime is also quite entertaining, you can read it in one enjoyable night. For how we got involved in Vietnam, I suggest The Best and the Brightest. Mark Twain's autobiography is also one of my favorites.

As for pills, atavan has a soothing, calming effect, be careful driving.

Default Try this.......

Begin mucking hands you consider playable and calling/raising with hands you would normally muck. This reverse psychology should prove helpful.

switch to stud for a week.

if that doesnt work switch to low limit omaha until you would rather die than set foot in a cardroom ever again.

There’s a lot of books you can read and a lot of pills you can take; but perhaps, like majorkong said, other games may be more suitable.
