party poker not showing up correctly on my new inspiron 9200

any ideas? the border goes outside the party poker graphics. all the other programs seem fine.

Try this:
Right click on desktop.
Choose properties.
Settings tab.
Advanded button.
Change DPI from 120 to 96.
Then restart computer.
