Default Suckers game?

I am not sure I understand the game so I was wondering if anyone has seen it and if it is a good game to play.

Ante up to all the action, drama, challenges and strategy that WORLD POKER TOUR has brought to TV screens and Poker Rooms nationwide...with one big difference:
IT'S JUST YOU AGAINST
THE DEALER!

How to get in the Game
You're betting that you will beat the dealer's best five card poker hand with your best five card poker hand, using the seven cards dealt (two hole cards and five community cards.)

1. Make a "blind" ante bet.

2. Before hole cards are dealt, you also may make an optional Bonus Bet. (See Bonus Bets pay table.)

3. You and the dealer are dealt two "hole" cards face down.

4. After examining your hole cards, you have three options:
• Fold and lose your "blind" ante
• Raise the "blind" ante bet by betting "All-In" 10 times (10x) the ante bet.

5. If you make a 5x or 10x "raise," slide your hole cards under your "blind" ante bet.

6. Next, the dealer examines his hole cards and reveals them.

7. If you have raised 5x or bet All-In 10x, and the dealer does not qualify to "call," he will fold and immediately pay all "blind" ante bests and all winning Bonus Bets. (See Dealer's Qualifying Hands table).

8. If the dealer qualifies to play on, he will call the "raise" bets and the deal will continue.

9. The dealer will then "flo" three community cards, followed by the "turn" (the fourth community card) and the "river" (the fifth and final community card).

10. If your best five-card poker hand beats the dealer's best five-card poker hand, you win your ante and riase bets.

11. Any hand tying the dealer's best five-card hand is considred a "push."

Dealer's Qualifying Hands
5x Raise: Any pair OR total value of 13 or higher*

10x All-In: Any pair OR total value of 17 or higher*

*Value determined as in blackjack (Ace always 11).
