Hand 1: That's poker.

Hand 2: Too passive. Make it $7 preflop. As played, push the flop. (You are actually putting him all-in.)

why 7 with him ? because he's a lag? i thought the board looked safe enough and i wanted to keep him betting his Q or bluff himself to death, he seemed to be that kind of maniac.

7 is a pot-sized raise. This is a value bet. If he calls 5, he calls 7.

You said he was new to the table. How manny hands are your stats over?

Hand 1: Looks ok to me. If he has jj-kk your in great shape. You're paying off a set here.

Hand 2: I agree with the above poster, re-raise more preflop. I'd probably have made it 8. I just read the results... If he's willing to play that hand that way, then reload and keep playing because the money is coming back to you sooner or later.

One thing wrong is there are no results in white!

Other than that I'd re-raise a little more pre-flop. Make it $5 to call. I'm not sure I play AA really well after the flop, so I don't like to give anybody good odds. Having said that, here's what I would have done post-flop:-

Hand 1 - Raise more on the flop. You want to get value out of another big pair.

Hand 2 I'd probably push the flop.

Hand one was played fine, but the flop bet was a little weak.

Hand two: I hope you reloaded, put him on your buddy list, and sent a PM to your friend Freerollin' with his screen name.

Your stats are worthless. If anything, they are dangerous. They do not bear any resemblance to the opponent's actual game in any way whatsoever.

If you're going to semibluff this hand, you need to make a pot-sized raise. Which means making it ~$7.50 to go on the flop, not $4 like you did.
