Default New Monitor Questions.

I am looking to get a new monitor for multitabling. The Dell 2001fp seems to be the most recommended. Are there better values out there, than the 2001fp with a coupon?
Also, how would one go about checking if there video card will support a larger monitor?

2001fp w/cupon is the best deal I've seen.

4MB VRAM minimum for 1600x1200

64MB ram. Does that sound right? Will that support a 2001fp?
Should i get one with higher ram. This system is only used for poker, internet, and some office applications.
