Poker tells and Poker Etiquette

When I watch WSOP and WTP on TV, I often see some players trying to pick a tell by asking some specific questions.

What I like to know are:

1. What are the best questions to ask so that you can pick up a tell on your opponent's hand?

2. What kind of questions confirm with Poker Etiquette?
Can we ask following questions within Poker Etiquette:

A. How many chips do you have left?
B: Do you have AQ?
C: Can you beat my KJ?

3. If I was asked for some questions, within Poker Etiquette
what questions I have to answer and what questions I don't have to answer.

For example, if I was asked:
A. How many chips do you have left?
B: Do you have AQ?
C: Can you beat my KJ?

Can I just sit like a stature and ingore all these questions?
Particular, do I have to answer question A?
Can dealer counts my chips for me?
Or Villian counts my chips by himself?

It is against tournament rules to ask that question if you actually have KJ. You cannot give any indication of what you really have. You could ask it as long as you don't have it.

You do not have to answer. It is best to stack your chips correctly, and to let the dealer or the director count them if your opponent asks for an accurate count.

Standard procedure is to keep your chips in stacks of 20 if possible, and to keep the higher value chips in front.

I'm pretty sure if someone asks you how many chips you have left, you don't have to give a verbal answer, but you have to make sure your chips are not obscured so s/he can count for himself. I also think that the dealer can count your stack for the person asking. Another play shouldn't touch your chips, nor should you ever touch his.

I have no idea what tells are given off by the response to such questions, except I think that good players don't care what you say--any reaction to their question will give them information. Just be careful of the strong means weak response if you ever choose to answer someone's question. (See Caro's website for explanation of this.)

The only question you need to answer is how many chips you have left, or just let the dealer count them.

Any other question, either ignore it or say "I don't talk while I'm in a hand"

I think if I ever go, I will have something with me (a shirt, a little card or something) that says "I don't talk during hands" because I play so little B and M, try as I might, I know I'll give something away.

Is it really against the rules to tell people what your hand is? Because if anything, it will only help the opponent. I mean, there's game theory, right?
