So you don't think that since he is a solid player he might think that your massive bet PF looks a little too much like it doesn't want to be called?

Maybe that's just me (I could always be wrong)... but even considering an 8BB raise in front of you, a 30BB raise looks very suspicious.

Do you normally re-raise to such large amounts w/ your good hands? If not, he may have picked up on the same thing you did. "looks like a steal attempt"
