If she feels confident and is comfortable with the way she looks than I think that people should respect that and not say anything.
I agree with most posts though, nose and chin plastic surgery would be very beneficial to her. Poor thing, she looks hideous.

a nose job might help a little bit, but her whole face is just butt ugly. nothing to do but shake your head, mutter "what a shame," and move on.
Of course, as some have no doubt mentioned already, you could always just SIIHP and not have to look at her face.

I haven't read any of the other posts, but I have only this to say:
She is a human being and needs love. She has a large nose, and, sure, some Lebanese features. I will love her, if she'll have me. I'm sure she's a lovely person. Send her my avatar. Tell her I'm "really sensitive and sweet."
