I\'ve had it with The Gaming Club Empire
I'm pretty laid back. Very patient with these gambling sites. But I've had it with The Gaming Club.
Earlier they screwed me out of a legitimate withdrawal at their casino side. Now they are taking no action to remedy my -BRP decumulations. Two strikes and your out TGC. I've been 4 tabling for days at TGC, gave them three days to make right on their BRP's tally. When that didn't happen and I write them, they send me this gem of a reply. Which shows they aren't going to look into my -BRP accumulation totals. Besides, how would tournaments and SNG's give me negative BRP's? Total Bonus Points Paid Out: 0 Points until next Bonus: 306 Bonus Cash Remaining: 300 Not only am I accumulating negative BRP's, I can't even get credit for the raked hands needed to enter the daily free rolls. Since nobody else is having this problem that I know of, it seems unique to myself. Support has no interest to rectify it, or even look into it from the response I got. I have been a staunch supporter of TGC and all Prima sites in the past. But getting screwed twice by the same site is leaving me with second thoughts.

I four table at 1600-1200 resolution regularly. I don't use mini view for this.
Anyone else getting negative BRP's like me?
