I believe the Bellagio and Wynn both have a rate of $129 Sun-Thu and $199 Fri-Sat. It requires 4 hours of play per room weekdays, 6 hours weekends. The Mirage also has a deal -- I don't remember the details except that their rate is lower.

More than 15 Las Vegas hotels offer special poker room rates for their guests. Some hotels have very structured rates (Bellagio, Mirage, Wynn), while at others the poker rate may vary significantly depending on the particular day.

To book a poker room rate at most Vegas casinos you will need to book directly through the hotel. Contact the poker room at the hotel you are interested in staying for further information.

Mirage
109 Sun-Thu (6 hours of play required per day)
179 Fri-Sat (8 hours required)

Example would be staying checkin Sat checkout Wed
179 + 109 + 109 + 109
26 total hours of play required over the four days (total for everyone staying in the room)

Call the Mirage and ask to be transferred to the poker room and then ask for the rate. These rates vary and can be cheaper by $10 on a slow weekend.

I heard the Wynn was exactly $20 more per day than the Mirage poker rate.

if you mean the best rate as in saving the most money, stardust is probably your best bet. the kinda crappy villa rooms they usually give you have been closed, and when I was there last week I got a decent strip view room on the 30th for $33/night with taxes. The poker room is decent but only has 3/6$, and 4 hours is required of play, but you also get a $5 food comp with it. also you will get a $20 match play which brings your cost down EV wise. Also, if you re-check in they give you another one of these, and they usually arent too crowded. It's close to the Wynn, and it will be going down soon they say... if you won with both your match plays, you pretty much stay for free.
