No it doesn't work anymore. It ended on the 22nd.

I completed the 1000 hands on thursday, and its now monday. Never got the 2nd $100. Does anyone know if the "48 hours" is business day?

It can take longer. I cleared mine on Wed. evening, and only got the 2nd bonus today (I emailed manager@pokernow.com on Sat. and she replied on Sun. that I'd get it "within 72 hours"). If you don't get it soon, it might pay to be the squeaky wheel. NOTE: Do not email customer support; that goes straight to Party support, and they're clueless.

I believe you have 30 days from the time you initially deposited to clear both.
