I know it's OT and OOP, but please help with Paradise HH's

So I used the lobby option to request a HH from Paradise for my last 500 hands (which should have encompassed everything I played today), and received an email shortly thereafter with my 100 most recent hands.

Is the maximum HH's they will send in one email 100 then? I keep hoping I'll get another 100 in another email, but nothing else ever came.

Would that mean I have to know about when I've played 100 new hands, and continually request HH's? That is, can I only EVER have access to my 100 most recent hands?

I apologize for being OT and I know this would be better in the PT Forums and the Software forum and probably quite a few other places as well. But I have to believe many people here know and that this the fastest way I can get an answer.

As an aside, getting HH's via email is the best way to get them into PT, right? I really didn't find their website too helpful for such a n00bish question. Besides, the problem seems to have more to do with what Paradise dose re; emailing HH's.

Get poker tracker. You can set it to request hand histories from paradise automatically. Tell it to auto request 100 and do it every 20-30 min (depending on how many tables you play). It will delete the overlapping hand histories.

yes, request every 100 hands.

PT will check your email for you if you have a POP3 server. i used to do it when i played there. yeah, it's a pain in the ass, but hey, what can you do?

So now since I've played maybe 300+ hands today...there's no way I can get to any except the last 100 (which I already have)?

i think if you email them and tell them their software malfunctioned when you attempted to request hand histories, they may manually send them over. not sure, though, as it's been a while since i played there
