All fold except pre-flop pain in the neck who calls. Head's up with pre-flop pain in the neck. 6 bb.

I bet all-in (wait, i'm out of money, where's my money, i wanna bet, please let me bet more, oh boy i'm gonna win).

Pain in the neck calls. 7.5 bb.

River brings the K [img]/forums/images/icons/heart.gif[/img] .
