You can't raise more than 15$ without running into the same problem (you can't raise a normal bet on the flop enough to put a drawing hand out of line). Actually the more you raise, the worse you make it. So I think your choices are to go all-in or just call and wait to see how the flop looks. Which would be better would depend on how likely your all-in bet is to get called.
