Default Boys, take a shot at the 2/4

This isn't going to be a boring stats post you are used to read. I'm going to explain to you why you should try to jump up from the microlimits.

I've played Poker for about 6 months. I started out at the Party 0.5/1 tables without a clue how to play. I probably lost 500 at those tables. Then I played some more, came on to bonuswhoring and played quite about breakeven poker with the bonusmoney. ~40 days ago I bought SSH and decided I wanted to try my skills at 2/4. The games doesn't differ much, here's my results:

So all you guys with big enough bankrolls, take a shot, leave the bonuses AND become better players winning more and more!

Note: I know my screenname is visible from the picture, I welcome you to try ruin my game

Nice job, but I am still learning to get better in 1/2. Once I learn to become more agressive (im at 1.10 now), I will try to make the jump.

I [censored] hate 1/2. I cannot wait to get to 2/4. What is the point of my posting this? I don't know.

Go to 2/4 now, the difference in skill is practically negligable. All you need is good table selection.

I don't have the roll. I almost never bonus whore because I play so rarely. All those bonuses that you need to clear in x days are out of the question.

Is there a way to get pokertracker to show your results in graph form like that or did you make it yourself?

Go to the pokertracker forums and put "pokgra" in the search function.

That leads you to the program the OP (Original Poster) used to make the graph.

Why does 1/2 have such a terrible reputation? I've noticed that sometimes the games are looser at 2/4, which doesn't make any sense. At the same time, it's not sufficient to explain the terrible reputation. What gives? The only thing I can think of is that there are lot of tight players at 1/2 who just don't have the money for 2/4, whereas plenty of bad players with more money are willing to play higher. 1/2 is purgatory between the fish ponds of .5/1 and the more varied tables of 2/4 and 3/6.
