Biggish Draw From Small Blind
5/10 half pot 6-handed, very very good game, players in this game limp about 80% of their hands even if it's a full table
Hero (SB) ~500 Villian (UTG) ~325 everyone else >500 UTG limps, MP limps, two folds, I call in SB with 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] BB checks Pot: $40 Flop: 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Hero bets $20, BB folds, Villian raises to $40 at this point I am pretty sure he has an A with a weak kicker (he'd raise preflop with AT or better I thought) two folds, Hero raises to $100, Villian calls Pot: $240 Turn: 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Hero bets $75, Villian calls Pot: $390 River: 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Hero bets $75, Villian calls (he only had about $20 left after that call) I guess I was thinking that by reraising the flop if the turn blanks I would check and he might be afraid to bet I dunno I have a feeling my line sucks real bad, I'm not a great player (I play 1/2 NL online) but this game is incredibly good |

Re: Biggish Draw From Small Blind
are you planning on folding if he goes all in?
if not i do not mind your reraise one bit. it disguises your hand extremely well, as is evident from him paying you off. if you just smooth call and draw for cheap he can put you on draw more easily. youre not losing on the flop, so getting more money in with 2 to come isnt bad, maybe youll take it down, the +EV play. i might raise more if youre going to raise though, even though hes a bit short |
