(cross post) how to create a clean UB/pokershare computer?

Does anyone know how to create a clean computer? I have UB uninstalled and haven't played there for over a year. I cashed out and I'd like to sign up on pokershare. I won't play on UB w/out rakeback and the itty bitty profit sharing they offer. I'd go w/out playing UB if it wasn't for pokershare.
