Is empire accepting new affiliates? sub-affiliates?

I went to empirepoker.com but their affiliate page doesn't have any links/forms to sign up as a new affiliate.

Does anyone know if they still accept affiliates? If not, do I have to become a sub-affiliate?

Has Empire started doing sub-affiliates as standard procedure. We have had subs for a while, but we had to work to get the program set up... I love Tradal's tracking system compared to Party's.

They do, you have to write a message to address specified. Person from Tradal Ltd (marketing company) will reply to you and give you all guidelines.
