Default what is good block bet size?

1/2 is too big - more of a value bet
1/3 too big?
mine are usually 1/4 - is that about right size?

1/3-1/4 is okay in HUGE pots. I just bet around 1/2 the pot in mid-sized pots. It makes it hard to distinguish betweeen blockers, value bets, and bluffs.
