List it as other income NOT subject to SE Income tax. This will show up on Line 21 of page 1 on your Form 1040.

I can't really remember. As many as I could afford. Something like 50? I had been a Neteller member for about 5 months.

Neteller is rigged.

The only reason they acutally had a "winner" this time, and coincidently a 2+2 winner, is because in the recent "swamp the neteller drawing with 2+2 entries" thread, I posted:

Neteller is clearly rigged.

Of course, faced with the truth and the awesome power of my message, they simply had to gin up a 2+2 winner to prove that they were not clearly rigged. So they rigged this one. Once I again I say:

Neteller is cleary rigged.

(And congrats to the original poster).
