I can't see any reason to raise, and folding would be horribly weak. Seems like an easy call. Villain may assume you have something along the lines of AK UI or a mediumish pocket pair that you're willing to fold.

Also, Scotty is obviously talking about hitting a wall or something similar that will inflict pain, not a 6th street miracle.
