Villain is semi-tight and aggressive.

I don't think this is a good spot for a call down. For him to have a draw on the flop, he would have to have called with a pretty bad hand preflop. He could have JTs I suppose. There just aren't any hands to put him on that you beat.

I think a better play is to check/fold the turn here.

well, there are hands he can have that you beat, but i think you are going to see KQ here a huge percentage of the time.
just fold the turn.

You, Paluka and Fianchetto are right. This is a case of tunnel vision--putting him on a hand I can beat like QJs, QTs, JTs--even though most of the hands he plays this way beat me.

He checked behind on the river and showed J9s to win the pot.
