Whenever you get the "special" flashing at you, click the left mouse button.
Also, you can click the left button to have the chick on the bike come smack the dude again. My high score was around 9,000 something. It's a weird frigging game though.

I just got 2249.41.
Do not ask me how. I didnt even read the instructions, I just realized if you press buttons when you hit people it helps.
