Stacks are a little too big for you to pull this off. You're only getting called by hands that have you beat by a mile, like sets and straights.

A reraise to 200 should be just as effective at putting pressure on the one-pair hands.

T9h is a favourite against a straight and has 40 % equity against a set. A raise to $200 will put hero in an uncomfortable situation on turn if he is called. You don't want to commit a lot of money to the pot with a draw and be out of position with one card to come.
Hero also want bigger flush draws out. If he hits the flush on turn he will not know for sure where he stands.

I think pushing is the best play

Favorite vs. straight, eh. I did not know that.

So yeah, push already.

pump it to $300, I would play it just like I would play a set.

Yeah, my thinking here was along same lines, I am ahead of any straight except 5h6h, with the min raise and 2 cold calls I have to assume that my flush outs are no good right? I rulled out a set from everyone except maybe a poorly played set by the BB as a set has to raise on such a drawing board. I went with the push because it should price out any other flush draw and I assumed that there was another flush draw with either villian or button.
