I like a flop fold here. You only paid half a bet to see the flop, and you may already be behind to QJ. Also, a pair of nines being the best hand on the flop is an assumption.

[/ QUOTE ] This hand does seem pretty vulnerable, but it doesn't seem so easy to get away from before the river either. On the flop I have an OESD to go with middle pair and an (admittedly dangerous if it comes) J overcard. The board is rainbow so I probalby don't have to worry about a flush. On the turn, I have full house chances. I do think I would have rather checked the flop. It still would have come back two though. I did consider folding there. |
