the other posters are 100% right. That commerce ruling was really bad.

FYI, post flop, if you open the betting with one large chip, that is the size of the bet if you remain silent. For instance, if you are in the SB, call preflop, the flop comes down and you throw a $100 chip out there, the bet is $100 to go. However, if you check and someone bets $10, and you throw a $100 chip out there, you have just called the $10.
